About Norscot
Prior to 1970, Fourways consisted mainly of small holdings. Thereafter the central area (William Nicol, Witkoppen, N.1. & Douglas Rd. ), was developed as residential homes on between 1500m ² - 2000m² stands. A number of Sectional Title complexes were built in the 1980's in Alexander Ave & Kingfisher Drive. In 2000 the Monte Casino opened and roads were widened to allow for the influx of cars. The area is now a very exciting place in which to live.
