About me
I have been in property for most of my life. My background consists of:
Retail Property
30 years with the Edcon Group where I was a Property Admin Manager and a Property Development Manager (nationally).
During this time I completed:
• a Retail Development Diploma (Cum Laude)
• a Property Development Programme at the UCT Graduate School of Business
Residential Property
7 years with Realty 1 Elk
5 years with Chas Everitt International
In this sphere I achieved membership of the S A Property Professional Club (less than 5% of Estate Agents qualify for membership);
C.R.S. SA ( a symbol of Excellence);
Numerous “in house” certificates from my principals;
I have written the R.P.L. (Recognition of Prior Learning)
And a certificate of Professional Recognition.
